The conventional face lift procedure begins with injecting local anesthesia so that the patient does not feel any pain. After this an incision is made in the temporal region i.e. infornt of the ear leading into the hairline. Fat underlying the skin is removed and tissues are repositioned. During this inner layers of the face and muscles are also lifted. The facial skin is then spread over the uplifted contours and surplus skin is cautiously trimmed away. The incisions are then closed by sutures and bandages. After the incisions are healed, the incision lines from a face lift heal and get hidden within the hairline and in the natural shape of the face and ear.
This procedure takes around 2 to 3 hours depending upon the patient’s requirements. After you wake up you will have bandages draped all over your face. Patients are offered painkillers to overcome mild pain after the face lift procedures. The patients are usually advised to stay in the hospitals for a few days if complications arise. After the surgery the face will have swelling for a few days, but this will subside shortly.
Some of the risks involved in this procedure is bleeding, infection, numbness, scarring, fluid accumulation and swellings. Thus it is very important to choose a certified and experienced cosmetic surgeon so that complications are rare and usually minimum.
The cost of face Lift procedure varies depending upon the surgery you want and the surgeons you choose. Face lift cost constitute three fees: the surgeon’s fee, the facility fee, and the anesthesia fee.

Rhinoplasty is the most common type of cosmetic surgery performed in the world. This procedure helps in making a big nose look smaller and vice verse. It also helps in toning of the nose tip to a desired shape. This procedure is done to meet any individual’s cosmetic enhancement aim or for any re-constructive purpose that meant to rectify issues like birth defects and breathing problem.

Rhinoplasty involves three methods they are as follows;
- Open method: In this technique, maximum number of incisions made inside the nose. Another incision is made across the columella. The cartilage structure is accessed by lifting the skin envelope of the cartilage framework over the nose. This allows surgeon to make alterations to the shape and size of the nose.
- Close method: In this technique the incisions are made inside the nose and the cartilage of the nose are removed and re shaped.
- Delivery method: Unlike the open and close method, in this technique the cartilages are completely removed without making any incision across the columella.
The surgery lasts for an hour or two depending upon the complications. Splints are used to maintain the new shape of the nose after the surgery. The patients are advised to stay in the hospital for a day. During the course of recovery the patient may feel swelling, nose ache and slight head ache but these are all normal. Proper medication is prescribed to overcome the discomfort. The surgeons also advice the patients not to blow their nose for a week or so, until the tissues heal.
The cost of Rhinoplasty depends upon three factors: the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesia fee and the facility room fee. The surgeon’s fee depends upon how skillful and experienced he/she is. Therefore it is very important to do a proper research while you chose your surgeon. Another factor is the place where you have the surgery. It is evident that a nose job would cost more in a big city compared to other places. On an average It cost around between $6000- $ 10000.
SUMMARY:

It helps in gaining self confidence. Therefore a proper treatment plan and apprehension of your demand is crucial for having a successful treatment.

Some Basic Information About Liposuction
Liposuction is cosmetic surgery which involves removal of fat deposits beneath the skin and is used to improve the contour of your body. Liposuction is done by using a hollow stainless steel tube called a cannula with a help of a powerful vacuum. The vacuum creates suction to remove excess fat beneath the skin. Liposuction is an elective procedure and the amount of fat that can be safely removed varies from one patient to another and ultimately depends on the opinion of the operating surgeon.
People have a misconception that liposuction is a treatment for obesity. It is very important to know that candidates of almost any age can benefit from this procedure, provided their skin is elastic enough to retract to its normal position. So age is not an issue when it comes to liposuction; but an older patient cannot have the same results as a younger patient because of less elasticity in their skin.
Liposuction can be used best for the regions of face and body with stubborn fat deposits. Liposuction is also performed in Abdomen, Hips, Outer thighs, Flanks, Male breast tissue (Gynecomastia), Upper Arms, Back, Inner knees and Inner thighs. It takes around 1 to 3 hours of operating time depending upon the region of operation and amount of fat to be removed. The patient is sedated with local Anesthesia which makes the procedure safe and painless.
Major complications from liposuction are rare. Possible complications are lop-sidedness, rippling, and coloration of the skin, blood loss, contamination and problems with anesthesia. Momentary lack of sensation of the skin and hematomas (blood accumulation), are possible mild complications. Abnormalities of the skin can happen in some patients, but can easily be treated. Serious complications entail loss of fluid or blood that can incite shock, although this is now very rare with the tumescent anesthesia. Infection is also very rare.
Although most results won’t be entirely evident until a few months post-operation, there will be striking results directly after the procedure. Ten pounds or more fat can be removed during the surgery, which can present a obvious distinction if the treated areas have been selected wisely by both surgeon and patient. Swelling and bruising will delay the full desired results until the body has recovered and become accustomed to the new loss of fat, it can take six months before a patient may feel fully back to normal.
Depending upon the type, area of the body and the surgeon you want the price tag of the procedure can contrast to a great extent. Procedures can cost anywhere from $1500 to $7000. It may also depend on the number of treatments and surgeries the patient has previously had.
